Pork with mushrooms and cheese

  • Pork — 250 grams
  • Cheese (a firm grade) — 50 grams
  • Cepes — 150 grams
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Onion — 2 heads
  • Light beer - 1 bottle
  • Spices, pepper and salt —taste

Method of preparation of pork with mushrooms and cheese



  1. Onions clean and cut on half rings.

  2. Garlic clear and crumble or rub.
